This course is now fully booked.
It will be delivered by blended learning – 50% completed online ahead of the in-person session which will take 3 hours. The e-learning element will be shared 21 days before the in-person session. The course content includes:- Unconscious casualty (breathing – recovery position), CPR, hands-on with the Defibrillator, choking, heart attacks, seizures, minor injuries (nose bleeds, grazes), severe bleeds including bandage work, and the use of haemostats, burns, accident books, and contents of a First Aid Kit. The trainer is also happy to touch on the use of epi-pens and anaphylaxis.
