Managing and Recruiting Volunteers – 13th June 2023

This workshop is aimed at voluntary organisations who want to improve their recruitment procedures and establish good practices to help retain the volunteers that they have.

• Understanding what motivates and de-motivates volunteers
• Methods of recognising and rewarding volunteers.
