The Children’s Trust is the UK's leading charity for children with brain injury. Come and join our team of volunteers who support us in the vital work that we do, to give children with brain injury the best life possible.

How you’ll be helping: 

We are looking for a highly organised, proficient, proactive, and reliable volunteer to provide support and assistance to staff in the Health and Safety team.

What will the role involve?        

  • Entering data from email to Access. Re-setting quizzes on the Loop.
  • Sending emails to follow up on non-compliance.
  • Adding leavers and starters to DSE.
  • Checking first aid boxes in non-CYP areas.
  • Updating documents to the Loop, extending dates etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc admin.

What skills do I need?

What skills and experience will you need?

  • Basic Word and Excel. Good organisational ability.
  • Health and safety experience would be an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Dependant on experience and hours the role could be extended.

To become a volunteer in this role you will need to:

  • Complete necessary compliance checks, including references.
  • Undertake a basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • Complete online mandatory training.
