Banstead District Scouts (RB)
Membership in our Beaver sections ( six - eight years old) has never been higher thanks to the great teams of adult volunteers we have across Banstead District, however, the demand is higher than our current capacity, therefore we need more help to deliver the provision of scouting to more young people in our community.
We are seeking adult volunteers with enthusiasm and passion to support our existing teams with elements of the scouting programme. This can take the form of carrying out support tasks at weekly section meetings, right through to running and organising activities/events, your contribution can be as little as 1 hour per week.
Banstead District has eight Beaver Colonies in the area that each meet on different evenings of the week so there are plenty of opportunities for volunteering.
No qualifications or skills necessary, support will be provided, however, we are looking for individuals who:

Your contribution can be as little as 1 hour per week. Timings are early weekday evenings, but there is also opportunities to also help on the occasional weekends when there are extended activities.
