Introduction to Social Media training

This course is aimed at people who are new to social media or lack confidence in using it. It will look at how your organisation might use Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to build support and raise awareness, which audiences you might reach and the type of posts that will be most effective and engaging.
